  1. Why does test/cache.test.ts fail on CI only?

  2. Agent
    2 tool calls: Read, Bash
    • Read test/cache.test.ts
    • Bash pnpm test cache

  3. It passes here and fails on CI because CI runs in UTC: the cache key includes the local date. Should I key it by UTC date, or freeze the clock in the test?
